On February 22 and 23, volunteer students cleared snow from the Zaimoku district of Kanazawa City and the Uchinada-machi temporary housing. Many elderly people live in temporary housing, and snow on the front doors and stairs poses the risk of tripping, so they carefully cleared the snow. On March 15, they collected concrete fragments scattered on the grounds of Ishikawa Prefectural Wajima High School and transported them to a disaster waste dump. This work, which has been carried out multiple times since the earthquake, was successfully completed, and the school principal expressed his gratitude. On March 26, they also worked with the Wajima City reconstruction support group Ligare to remove damaged items from private homes in Wajima City.
